Long answer; YT Music throws songs that are popular on YT into the mix. Whether you like those songs or not. Out of 100 tracks, I only like 13 tracks. If you listen to something on YT, or YT Music, it will eventually add that to the playlist. But the offline playlist only updates on WiFI. If you go 100 tracks 90% of that is stuff you don't like.
