For Base64 encoding which supports UTF8 see angular-utf8-base64 I have been trying to display pdf file which I am getting as a blob from a $http. If we try "data:application/pdf;base64, " in firefox or chrome, it works fine. However, the same doesn't work in IE. Could somebody suggest a solution.
